Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Canada

Shipping charges within Canada (except to remote locations) will be calculated at checkout. Flat rates apply per order and differ depending on the province of shipment. Shipping to remote locations may incur a surcharge after checkout which will be confirmed via email prior to shipping. 
Canada Post Expedited is used for all shipments.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

USA (All States)

  • Standard Shipping $7.00 - 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping $13.00 -  2 to 3 business days

Free Shipping with order value > $90.00

United Kingdom

Shipping charges within the UK will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package. Shipping to remote locations may incur a surcharge after checkout which will be confirmed via email prior to shipping. 

Standard Shipping 2 - 4 business days is used for all shipments

International Shipping Policy

For international shipping, please send us an enquiry via the website or contactus@freezochino.com with your required items, quantities and shipping address. We will respond within 24-48 hours with shipping costs.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be sent via email within 2 business days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Freezochino.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Freezochino.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
